Health and Safety Bowties
Understanding the risks, and potential outcomes, to common work tasks is an important step in keeping our people safe. To better understand the factors that may contribute to an injury that causes serious harm and/or fatality, in order to reinforce what we have in place to prevent them, we have developed the following High Consequence Low Probability "bowties" below.
