Chairman Tony Ryall has notified Transpower’s Shareholding Ministers that he will retire from the Board of Transpower New Zealand Limited effective 31 December 2018.
Mr Ryall has been appointed to a new executive role and this notice provides Shareholding Ministers sufficient time to recruit and transition a new Chair for the Transpower Board prior to his departure.
