Transpower New Zealand Limited (Transpower) is considering an offer of unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds to New Zealand retail investors and to institutional investors. Currently Transpower is considering tapping its existing tranche of bonds due 4 September 2025 (quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code TRP070), subject to market conditions.
It is expected that full details of the offer will be released the week of 24 August 2020.
