Transpower New Zealand TRP010 bond maturity

Transpower’s listed bond (TRP010) will mature on Friday 30 November 2018. The principal repayment and final interest payment will be made on the maturity date.

• The last day of trading in TRP010 bonds will be Friday 16 November 2018, and a trading halt will be implemented at close of business to remain in place until the maturity date.
• The Principal Amount repayment will occur in accordance with the Holder’s written instructions appearing in the Register held by Link Market Services on the record date, Tuesday 20 November 2018 at 5pm.
