Moody’s affirms Transpower’s credit rating at Aa3, stable

Transpower has ceased to formally engage Moody’s Investors Service Pty Limited (Moody’s) and requested that Moody’s withdraw its credit rating of Transpower. 

Moody’s has informed Transpower it intends to maintain a public credit rating on Transpower due to the number of securities it has on issue and investor interest.

Transpower continues to formally engage and be rated by S&P Global Ratings, which currently rates Transpower at AA-, with a positive outlook.
