Transpower today announced further details on the reappointment of its Board Chair Pip Dunphy, and Director Kathy Meads.
Ms Dunphy, who has served on the Board since May 2015 and as Chair since 1 January 2019, will continue as Chair of Transpower until 31 July 2022. Ms Meads will remain on the Board until 30 April 2022 and will continue as Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee.
Director Sheridan Broadbent, who joined the Transpower Board in May 2018, has advised the company that she will not be seeking a further term and will cease as a Director on 31 July when her current term expires.
Ms Dunphy acknowledged the significant contribution made by Ms Broadbent during her tenure on the Board particularly in the area of risk management. Over the past year Ms Broadbent served as the Chair of the Risk Committee and was Chief Judge for Transpower’s 2022 Safety Thanks and Recognition (STAR) Awards.
