Transpower announces new Chair and Deputy Chair

Transpower today announced the appointment of a new Chair and Deputy Chair to its Board.

Pip Dunphy will be elevated to Chair of the Transpower Board from 1 January 2019 to 30 April 2021. Dean Carroll will be elevated to Deputy Chair of the Board from 1 January 2019 to 31 October 2019.

Pip has been a Director on the Transpower Board since 1 May 2015 and is Chair of the Board’s Audit & Finance Committee. She became Deputy Chair on 27 April 2018.

Dean has been a Director on the Transpower Board since 7 June 2016 and is Chair of the Board’s Risk Committee.
