Transpower New Zealand TRP020 bond maturity

Transpower’s listed bond (TRP020) will mature on Friday 6 September 2019. The principal repayment and final interest payment will be made on the maturity date.

• The last day of trading in TRP020 bonds will be Friday 23 August 2019, and a trading halt will be implemented at close of business to remain in place until the maturity date.
• The Principal Amount repayment will occur in accordance with the Holder’s written instructions appearing in the Register held by Link Market Services on the record date, Tuesday 27 August 2019 at 5pm.
